Gstar Mold is a one-stop manufacturing service provider focusing on high-precision plastic mold manufacturing, injection molding, silicone mold and product molding, CNC precision parts processing and 3D printing prototype production. It is committed to providing customized and batch precision plastic parts and assembly solutions for global customers.

The company has a Shenzhen headquarters and Sichuan high-precision manufacturing center, equipped with 208 imported injection molding equipment (covering FANUC, SODICK, TOYO and other brands), an optical lens dust-free workshop, a clean room dedicated to medical consumables, and a standardized assembly line and a full set of testing equipment, covering the full process from mold design and development to batch assembly and delivery.

In order to protect our clients' intellectual property, we offer NDA Agreement to all our clients.

Composition Analysis

Raw material is vital in mold-making. GSTAR only uses high quality metal steel and are happy to provide composition analysis and other necessary test documents.

Overall Quality Control

GSTAR takes care of 90% of manufacturing tasks in house thus we are able to offer you an accuracy range within 0.005mm for all molds.
