We offer one-stop precision manufacturing services including plastic mold manufacturing, plastic injection molding, silicone mold production (LSR), CNC precision parts machining, and 3D printing prototyping.
We serve a wide range of industries including automotive, medical devices, diagnostics, optics, consumer electronics, smart home devices, and industrial automation.
Our production facility is based in Sichuan, China, with advanced equipment from Japan, Germany, and the US. We export globally and work with clients in over 30 countries.
Project & Production FAQs
Yes. We offer complete solutions from mold design and DFM analysis to mass production of molded parts in our own injection workshop.
Absolutely. We support low-volume production and rapid prototyping for early-stage development and product validation.
- Plastic injection molds: 3–5 weeks depending on complexity
- Molded parts or CNC components: 5–10 working days
- 3D printed prototypes: 2–5 working days
We accept STEP, IGES, STL, DWG, and PDF. If you’re not sure, just contact us and we’ll assist you.

Quality & Materials
Yes. We have Class 10,000 cleanroom molding environments for medical, diagnostic, and optical-grade silicone parts.
We follow ISO-certified procedures and use high-end inspection tools such as Zeiss CMMs, 3D scanners, Agilent spectrometers, and optical comparators. We also provide full inspection reports with every order.
We work with a variety of plastics (ABS, PC, POM, PEI, COC, etc.), medical-grade silicones, and metals (aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, etc.).
